This service is offered to letting homeowners, estate agents and letting companies.
We assess your risk and once approved, we guarantee it on a month-to-month basis.
How it works:
- If you haven't signed up with us yet, complete our merchant application form, make payment and email to RAS.
- Complete the rent application form.
- Once submitted (including any credit bureau reports drawn and supporting documents), assessment will be done and approved or declined within 12 hours. On approval, notification will be sent with a property guarantee certificate.
- Complete a standard lease agreement.
- Notify us when your tenant fails to pay and it will be followed up immediately. If unsuccessful, we will reimburse your loss.
- We will inform you when to initiate eviction procedures upon which the guarantee will be extended for a further month.
- The guarantee is re-assessable monthly for as long as the same tenant contractually remains responsible for payment.
- The managing agent or landlord must provide us with the tenant's payment profile on a monthly basis.
- Please note that we simply assist in the approval of the tenant and the guarantee of the rental income once approved.
